We offer free standard FedEx ground shipping on domestic United States orders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you wish to expedite your order, please select 2nd day or overnight when checking out. Additional charges apply.

Standard shipping: 1-3 days western US, 3-4 days central US, 4-7 days eastern US on average FedEx Priority: 1-2 business days

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

International:

We ship to the following countries: Canada, UK, Germany, France, Denmark, Netherlands, China (Hong Kong, Macau and PRC), Singapore, Thailand, Japan, S. Korea, Australia, New Zealand

International customers are responsible for taxes, VAT/GST, applicable duties and other third-party fees incurred on their order. Our US$ website prices do not include VAT.

International orders are typically sent via FedEx or UPS. Rates are determined by product weight; we currently offer flat rate shipping to selected countries via USPS International Custom flat rate (no shipping time) for $80.00 USD.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number. International shipments may be fulfilled from different locations in separate shipments, but your shipping charges will not be affected.

Please note that customs clearance may cause unforeseen delays beyond the estimated ship times.

Due to regulations, we cannot ship garments with real fur trim to Canadian destinations. We offer deluxe faux fur trim options.

Care Instructions

Proper care is essential to the long term quality and enjoyment of your FERA and Meister products. Please consult the care label attached to your product for specific instructions.
We recommend the following care guidelines for FERA jackets and pants with waterproof fabrics: Do not dry clean your FERA garment. The chemicals used may damage the waterproof lamination.
Empty all pockets; remove any faux-fur, suspenders or any other detachable trim; and close all zippers.
Machine wash the garment in cold water by itself with a small or moderate amount of detergent. Do not use softener or bleach. Set on an extended rinse cycle to get all detergent out of the insulation. OK to use a stain remover prior to washing.
Tumble dry the garment by itself on a low or low-medium heat setting. Run the dryer for an extended cycle or as long as is required for the garment to dry completely inside. For down or puffy jackets, toss in 1-2 tennis balls into the dryer to help fluff the garment.
Hang the fully-dried garment in a cool and dry place for storage. Do not store damp or in direct sunlight.

Fabulous jacket and fabulous customer service to g

I got the fera Julia parka 2 seasons ago. It's so warm, so incredibly well made. Favorite jacket to this day. Our dog ate part of the zipper and I reached out to customer service to see if they would quote me for fera to repair it. They answered Pronto and sent me a brand new zipper to have the parka repaired here at home. Just awesome service. Awesome jacket. 10/10 recommend.

Best coat on the market!

I have never written a review before but I really felt the need to review this product. This is the warmest most stylish beautiful coat on the market. This is my second Fara coat they are warm enough for the coldest days in Montana and stylish enough to wear out or on the slopes. I cannot say enough good things about this coat!

Julia No Fur Parka - Fantastic

This was a gift for my daughter. I bought her a Fera parka 12 years ago and it has been her favorite jacket. She was so thrilled to get a new one that is a little longer and keeps you even warmer. She loves how stylish it is and beautifully made, comfortable, warm, and a joyous color - orange!
