SIZING
To find your perfect size, please refer to our comprehensive sizing guide located on each product page. This guide includes measurements and recommendations to help you select the right fit for you. FERA women’s jackets, women’s pants, and men’s pants are offered in numerical sizes.
For women, FERA sizing typically runs slightly smaller than ready-to-wear sizing. You can refer to our size chart for comparable sizes in waist, chest and hip measurements. For general reference, customers who wear size XXS = 2; XS = 4; S = 6; S/M = 8; M = 10; L = 12; XL = 14.
For men, FERA pant sizing runs true to waist size measurement, but we recommend sizing up if you are borderline.
PRODUCT CARE
Proper care is essential to the long term quality and enjoyment of your FERA and Meister products. Please consult the care label attached to your product for specific instructions. We recommend the following care guidelines for FERA jackets and pants:
Do not dry clean your FERA garment. The chemicals used may damage the waterproof lamination.
Empty all pockets; remove any faux-fur, suspenders or any other detachable trim; and close all zippers.
Machine wash the garment in cold water by itself with a small or moderate amount of detergent. Set on an extended rinse cycle to get all detergent out of the insulation.
Dry the garment by itself on a low or low-medium heat setting. Run the dryer for as long as is required for the garment to dry completely. For down or puffy jackets, toss in 1-2 tennis balls into the dryer to help fluff the garment.
Hang the fully-dried garment in a cool and dry place for storage.
We recommend the following care guidelines for Meister sweaters:
Dry cleaning is OK.
Machine wash the garment in cold water on a delicate cycle. Use a gentle detergent like Woolite.
Do not put the sweater in the dryer. Instead, lay it flat on a clean towel or surface and allow it to air dry completely.
Hang on a sweater hanger or fold on a shelf in a cool and dry place for storage.
WARRANTY
Yes, there is a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from time of purchase covering manufacturing defects on all FERA and Meister products. Examples of manufacturing defects include broken or malfunctioning zippers or closures, stitching and construction flaws, and other visible construction defects. Defects will be repaired or replaced at FERA’s discretion. In case of replacement, the same item (size, color, style) will be offered if available. If a direct replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative style or color. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, improper care, or other accidental damage. Examples of items that are not covered include:
Stains from food, beverage, make-up, dirt, grease or other foreign objects
Cuts in the fabric caused by skis, snowboards, or other foreign object
Damage or marks caused by wear and tear, contact with ski-related equipment, falls or abrasions, or other sharp objects
ORDERING
No, once an order is placed and approved, we cannot change any payment or billing information.
If you need to change the shipment information, please contact us immediately at info@ferastyle.com with the subject “Change Shipping Address” and include your order number. If the order has not been packed and shipped already, we can change the ship to address.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@ferastyle.com with the subject “Cancel Order” and include your order number. If the order has not been packed and shipped already, we can cancel it and you will receive a refund. If the item has already shipped, we can no longer cancel it, and you will have to process a return after receiving it.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for estimated delivery times. For US orders, shipments typically take 1-2 days to the West Coast, 2-3 days to the Mountain and Central states, 3-4 days to the Midwest, and 5 days to the East Coast.
Yes. Expedited shipping options and their cost are presented at checkout.
Yes, we provide international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you can select your country to see if we offer shipping to your location and the associated costs.
In the rare event of a delay or loss during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@ferastyle.com with the subject “Lost Shipment.” We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes, we understand that sizing can be tricky sometimes. If your purchase doesn't fit as expected, you may return or exchange the new, unworn item within 20 days of receipt. Please review our returns and exchanges policy for further details and instructions.
New, unworn items with original tags still attached may be returned for a refund or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order. Please take care when trying garments on and packaging for return to avoid damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, stains, damage or otherwise do not meet the above criteria. A flat $14.95 restocking fee is deducted from any return shipment containing up to 5 items. Returns of over 5 items per shipment will result in a $19.95 restocking fee. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, please have your order # and email on hand and click here to follow the step-by-step instructions. You will be guided through the process, including generating a return label if applicable. For international orders, please contact us at info@ferastyle.com and enter subject “International Return.” Please include your order number and the email address associated with the original order.
There is a flat $14.95 restocking fee deducted from any return shipment containing up to 5 items. Returns of over 5 items per shipment will result in a $19.95 restocking fee. This fee helps offset return shipping fees and the labor cost of processing and restocking items. Restocking fees are waived on exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for you to ship it back and send you a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after arriving at our Torrance, CA warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your return has been approved, and should be a refund (less any applicable restocking fee) to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days after arriving at our Torrance, CA warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been approved and another email with tracking information for the replacement item. Please note that depending on where you live, shipments take anywhere from 1-6 business days to arrive. If you are in a rush to get an exchange/replacement item, we advise you to place a new order for the correct item. Once your exchange is returned and approved, you will get a refund for the returned item.
