FERA Returns and Exchange Policy

Something not right? You may return or exchange any new, unwashed, and unworn items (with tags still attached) within 30 days of receiving your order. For domestic (USA) orders, a flat $14.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund amount.  The return shipping fee is waived on exchanges.  For international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of returns. 

• Notice to Customers with Shipping Addresses Outside the United States: International customers are responsible for arranging your return shipment and will be charged an additional return fee of USD $10. Orders returned due to a customer's refusal to pay any associated duties and taxes will be subject to an additional restocking fee of $35. The outbound international shipping fees are not refundable. All fees will be deducted from the amount of your refund. International orders are not eligible for exchange. Orders returned due to a customer's refusal to pay any associated duties and taxes will be subject to a return fee of $12.75 and a restocking fee of $35.

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

Please note personalized and Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Add Checkout+ to your order at checkout and you're covered both ways. If you need to make a return, start it through our returns portal as normal and your prepaid return label is free of charge, nothing deducted from your refund. And if your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, we'll quickly replace or refund it, just report the issue through the same portal. Checkout+ can only be added at the time of purchase and applies only to the order it was purchased with.
