As a brand founded by a female immigrant and run by a member of the LGBTQ+ community, FERA has always been keenly aware of the challenges in the quest for equal rights, representation and justice.  As a company whose business is dependent on cold winters and regular snowfall, we have also been highly conscious of the issues of climate change and the environment.  

We recognize there is much work to be done by all of us to educate ourselves; support one another's health, wellness and safety; and simply do and be better in the community.  To that end, in the coming months and seasons, we will periodically be promoting and supporting causes that are important to us and the well-being of the planet and all its inhabitants.
