RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
New, unworn items with original tags still attached may be returned for a refund or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order. Please take care when trying garments on and packaging for return to avoid damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, stains, damage or otherwise do not meet the above criteria. A flat $14.95 restocking fee is deducted from any return shipment containing up to 5 items. Returns of over 5 items per shipment will result in a $19.95 restocking fee. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges.
Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

SHIPPING:
All orders are processed and shipped out from Torrance, CA within 1-2 business days, subject to availability and credit verification. Orders received Fridays after 4pm PST (USA Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. FERA will contact you if items in your order are out of stock or if additional information is needed for credit or address verification.
Domestic (USA):
We offer free standard FedEx ground shipping on domestic United States orders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. If you wish to expedite your order, please select 2nd day or overnight when checking out. Additional charges apply.
Standard shipping: 1-3 days western US, 3-4 days central US, 4-7 days eastern US on average
FedEx Priority: 1-2 business days
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

International:
We ship to the following countries:
Canada, UK, Germany, France, Denmark, Netherlands, China (Hong Kong, Macau and PRC), Singapore, Thailand, Japan, S. Korea, Australia, New Zealand
International customers are responsible for taxes, VAT/GST, applicable duties and other third-party fees incurred on their order. Our US$ website prices do not include VAT.
International orders are typically sent via FedEx or UPS. Rates are determined by product weight; we currently offer flat rate shipping to selected countries via USPS International Custom flat rate (no shipping time) for $80.00 USD.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number. International shipments may be fulfilled from different locations in separate shipments, but your shipping charges will not be affected.
Please note that customs clearance may cause unforeseen delays beyond the estimated ship times.
Due to regulations, we cannot ship garments with real fur trim to Canadian destinations. We offer deluxe faux fur trim options.
Refusal of Delivery:
If the buyer refuses delivery, the buyer is responsible for all return duties and taxes. Return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
WARRANTY:
We guarantee that the materials and workmanship in the products we make will stand up to the use for which they are designed. FERA and Meister offer a 1-year guarantee from time of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, applicable to authentic products purchased directly from FERA or from an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, improper washing or storage, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use; nor does it cover Final Sale or items sold to closeout retailers.
Did you purchase a defective garment directly from FERA? Please follow the return process here and include photo(s) of the defect. We will evaluate whether to repair or replace the item. For damage that is not covered under warranty, we can help to obtain a repair quotation for your consideration.
Did you purchase a defective garment from an authorized FERA retailer? Please take the garment and purchase receipts back to the retailer where you purchased the product. They will arrange for a Return Authorization (RA) number from FERA for any qualified returns and repairs.
Please note that if the garment is already worn, we ask you to wash the garment according to the care instructions before return.
