SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days, subject to availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm PST (USA Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. FERA will contact you if items in your order are out of stock or if additional information is needed for credit or address verification.
Domestic (USA)
We offer free standard ground shipping. If you wish to expedite your order, please select 2nd day or overnight when checking out. Additional charges apply.

Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
International
We ship to the following countries:
Canada (except real fur)
UK, Germany, France, Denmark, Netherlands
Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, S. Korea
Australia, New Zealand
International customers are responsible for taxes, VAT/GST, applicable duties and other third-party fees incurred on their order. Our US$ website prices do not include VAT.
International orders are generally sent via Fedex. Rates are determined by product weight; we currently offer flat rate shipping to selected countries.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number. International shipments may be fulfilled from different locations in separate shipments, but your shipping charges will not be affected.
Please note that customs clearance may cause unforeseen delays beyond the estimated ship times.
Due to regulations, we cannot ship garments with real fur trim to Canadian destinations. We offer deluxe faux fur trim options.
Refusal of Delivery
If the buyer refuses delivery, the buyer is responsible for all return duties and taxes. Return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Something not right? You have 30 days to return items. Please make sure your items are returned new, unwashed, unused and with all tags still attached. We provide a pre-printed return shipping label in packages. Whether you return one or several items, a flat $9.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund amount.
Here is how to return an order:
1. Log into your account or call 1-800-828-FERA to initiate a return. If you wish to exchange, please call or email us to confirm availability.
2. Detach the lower part of your invoice and check item(s) being returned and reason for return. Include this in your shipment.
3. Affix the returns address label on your package or ship to:

4. Ship prepaid in the original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
Please note personalized and Final Sale items cannot be returned.
WARRANTY
We guarantee that the materials and workmanship in the products we make will stand up to the use for which they are designed. Fera and Meister offer a 1-year guarantee from time of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, applicable to authentic products purchased directly or from an authorized dealer.
If you receive a defective product, please email us a photo of the defect. We will evaluate whether to repair or replace the item.
For damage that is not covered under warranty, we can help to obtain a repair quotation for your consideration.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, improper washing or storage, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
To arrange a return:
1. Wash the garment properly . Government regulations require that all garments be cleaned before return.
2. Take the garment and purchase receipts back to the retailer where you purchased the product. If you purchased from us online, email us a photo of the garment problem and your order date of purchase. We will provide you a Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your shipment. Returned product that does not have a RA number may be refused, so don't forget this step!
